Hi, I’m Britt, a Brisbane-based Marriage Celebrant, and I turn love stories into unforgettable wedding ceremonies.
I’ve always been drawn to people’s stories.
The first glance, the first awkward conversation, the moment where something just clicks, and then one day, you realise… this is it. This is your person.
That’s what led me here.
I care a lot about how your ceremony feels in the moment. Not just how it sounds on paper, but how it actually lands, for you, and for everyone standing there with you.
So I take the time to really understand you, your story, your dynamic, the little things that make your relationship what it is.
And then I turn that into a ceremony that feels natural, meaningful, and completely yours.
Because when it’s done right, it’s not just something you listen to, it’s something you feel.
Why Britt?
I like to describe myself as a warm, grounded storyteller. My style is romantic and real, emotionally steady and intentional. There’s always a little humour, but never at the expense of the moment. My goal is simple, for you to walk away thinking, that felt exactly like us.
And in the words of Kim Kardashian, “my calmness is my superpower.” Honestly… hard relate.
I’ll be your calming presence on the day. The one keeping things steady, and flowing exactly as they should.
Too often, wedding ceremonies are treated as the formality before the fun. That’s exactly why I became a celebrant. I believe your ceremony should set the tone for your entire day. It should create that magic from the very beginning and draw your guests in so they feel genuinely connected to what’s happening.
Based in Brisbane, I conduct wedding ceremonies throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, and the Sunshine Coast. But I’m always up for an adventure. If you dream of saying “I do” anywhere in Australia (or the world), I’ll be there!
When I’m not celebrating love, you’ll find me spending time with my husband (fun fact: we met on a contiki tour!) our little one, and our cheeky sausage dog. I’m highly organised and have a background in marketing and writing, so you can be confident your ceremony will be creative, well-crafted, and polished to perfection.
